How does access activate after I pay?
Once the payment gateway confirms your payment, your subscription is created and your dashboard unlocks immediately. You’ll also receive an email receipt.
Can I watch on my phone and laptop?
Yes. Each account supports one active device at a time, either on phone or laptop. Students who wish to add another device may subscribe to an additional linked account with Playback+ access only.
What's the difference between live and playback?
Live classes are real-time sessions with direct explanations and Q&A support. Playback includes recordings from previous live classes plus full access to the Recorded Lesson Bank — currently over 395 videos and continuously growing.
Can I just buy one chapter?
No. Individual chapters are not sold separately. However, students may subscribe to Ala Carte Playback+, which gives full playback access for one selected form level only. Students who upgrade to Playback+ will unlock access to all available levels, including the full Recorded Lesson Bank.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
No. Renewal is manual — we’ll remind you 7 days before expiry, but you decide when to renew.
Are notes included?
Yes. Notes are included with all packages.
Can I log in from multiple devices?
Yes, but each account is limited to one active session at a time. To use another device, please sign out from the previous device first. Students may also add an additional linked account with Playback+ access for RM35.
